Delhi Public School Indira Nagar, Lucknow was established in the year 1999 runs under the aegis of the DPS Educational Society. The school is affiliated to the CBSE and offers classes from Nursery to XII. The school campus has an area of 1.20 acre with a built-up area of 3386 square metres.
Admissions for 2019-20 session
Registration for admissions to Pre-primary to Class VIII for the 2019-20 session is now open. The prospectus and registration form are available at the school office. The registration form must be duly filled and submitted with the administrative office of the school.
Admissions to Nursery are granted on the basis of observation and interaction with the children. Admissions to Classes I and above are decided on the basis of a written test followed by interview. Only the students who successfully clear the written examination are called for an interview. It is mandatory for the parents to be present with the child during the interview. Admission process is conducted from the month of January to March. The dates for written test/interview would be communicated to the parents.

School infrastructure and facilities
DPS Lucknow, Indira Nagar has digital smart classes which have replaced conventional classrooms. The smart boards in such classes enable E-learning through presentations, images and other audio visual aids.
The school has a spacious library with thousands of books spanning various topics and genres. The library also has more than a thousand reference books to aid in assignments and project works. The library subscribes 24 magazines, 16 periodicals and 10 different daily newspapers. Overall, the school library is the best place for the students to enhance their knowledge.
Separate laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics are present in the school campus. All the labs have every essential apparatus, chemicals, specimens and other equipments along with required models and charts for the benefit of the students.
